Chinese Broccoli is one of our favourite Chinese vegetables. It is often used in the northern parts of China and we can easily buy them in Asian supermarkets. It has thick leaves and stems, also has flower buds sometimes, and you can eat all of it. The leaves have a slight bitterness, but the stems taste like asparagus.
Chinese Broccoli is good for stir-frying. People also eat them steamed in China.
