Okonomiyaki is a Japanese style savoury pancake. If you are in Japan, it is easy to buy Okonomiyaki flour at a supermarket.
In Canada, where I live, Okonomiyaki flour may be available in an Oriental shop, but we can also make it with all-purpose flour.
I will share my recipe of Okonomiyaki, Japanese savoury pancakes with ingredients that you can get in North America.
