How to Cook Stir-Fried Brown Tofu and Shanghai Choy
．Heat the vegetable oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and ginger.
．Add sliced tofu, Shaoxing cooking wine, cook until they get a little coloured, occasionally stirring.
．Add salt and a little soy sauce to season tofu.
．Add the whitey part of Shanghai Choy and stir.
