We harvested some tomatoes and cucumbers from our vegetable garden, so I made tomato and cucumber salad with lots of herbs. The tomatoes that were fully ripe on the branch are as sweet as fruits and freshly harvested cucumbers are juicy and crisp.

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Finely chop the herbs.
Crush or mince the garlic.
Mix all the ingredients together and allow the flavours to blend.
