Super Easy Bagna Cauda Sauce

Bagna cauda is an Italian sauce which you can dip vegetables in. It is basically a warm dressing with anchovy and garlic flavour. 

There seems to be a few different ways to make it and I share a simple way.  


  • Olive oil: 50 ml
  • Milk: 50 ml
  • Anchovy: 2-3 slices
  • Garlic: 2-3 cloves
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons

How to make:

  1. Finely chop up the anchovies to make a paste.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a small pan and heat at a low temperature, constantly stirring with a whisk until it gets the consistency that you like.
  3. Serve it with steamed or raw vegetables.
