Bagna cauda is an Italian sauce which you can dip vegetables in. It is basically a warm dressing with anchovy and garlic flavour.
There seems to be a few different ways to make it and I share a simple way.
Ingredients:
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Milk: 50 ml
- Anchovy: 2-3 slices
- Garlic: 2-3 cloves
- Flour: 2 tablespoons

How to make:
- Finely chop up the anchovies to make a paste.
- Put all the ingredients in a small pan and heat at a low temperature, constantly stirring with a whisk until it gets the consistency that you like.
- Serve it with steamed or raw vegetables.
